We have fibroblasts obtained from young and old donors, as well as neonatal fibroblasts that have been cultured to senescence.  For more information on the senescent fibroblasts please click the link below.  In addition, many of the cell and tissue types used as models in this lab have been characterized via DNA microarray analysis and the data is available to answer any questions on their gene expression profiles.  For a listing of the cells/tissues that have expression profiles please follow the link below.
